Is there a registration fee to join?
No, it is completely free to apply, create an account, and list your experiences in the Partner Hub. We only take a nominal commission fee on bookings that are successfully fulfilled.
How do payouts and invoicing work?
We process partner payouts on a weekly basis. Invoices are automatically generated inside your Partner Dashboard for all validated traveler redemptions, and payouts are made via direct bank wire transfer in your chosen currency (e.g. AED, USD, EUR).
Can I integrate my existing booking system (Bokun, FareHarbor, etc.)?
Yes! We support direct API integrations with leading booking systems including Bokun, FareHarbor, Rezdy, TrekkSoft, and many others. This allows live updates to your availability calendars, avoiding double bookings or pricing discrepancies.
How long does it take for my tours to go live?
After you submit your application, our onboarding team usually reviews it within 24-48 hours. Once approved, you can immediately start adding your products. Once your inventory details are submitted, they are optimized and approved to go live within 2-3 business days.
